MY APPROACH

I’m Linda, an Estonian psychologist living in the Netherlands. As an expat myself, I truly understand the sense of being "between two worlds". The unique challenges of adapting to a new country while navigating the changes and emotional shifts that come with it. I offer a supportive space for both individuals and couples to help you deepen your connection with yourself, your partner, or your new environment.

I provide a calm, compassionate environment for those feeling stuck in old patterns or overwhelmed by past experiences and in their relationships. Using EMDR, Schema Therapy, and CBT for individuals, and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples, I help you process trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues while nurturing the vital pillars of well-being and connection.

I believe we all possess more resilience than we realize. Helping my clients rediscover and nurture their inner strength and self-compassion is the most meaningful and rewarding part of my work.
